Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Training Location

• Flying Training shall be conducted at Karad, Maharashtra.

2. Registration & Commitment Fee

• The Registration and Commitment amount once paid shall neither be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstances.

3. Course Fee & Scope

• The course fee covers the minimum requirement for issuance of CPL in accordance with DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), inclusive of Single Engine, Multi-Engine, and Simulator training.
• The fee is applicable for 200 hours of Flying Training.
• Any additional flying hours required beyond the DGCA CAR stipulated hours shall be at the sole expense of the Trainee Pilot.

4. Examination & Certification Expenses

• All DGCA Written Examination fees and related expenses shall be borne by the Trainee Pilot.

5. Discontinuation of Course

• In the event the course is discontinued by the Trainee Pilot, any instalments paid towards the training fee shall not be refunded.

6. Boarding, Lodging & Transportation

• All expenses towards boarding and lodging shall be borne by the Trainee Pilot.
• The Training Organization shall provide necessary transportation assistance and lodging guidance at a minimal cost.

7. Mode of Payment

• The Training Organization shall not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
